Nori Falconeri, a licensed property manager, established her property management business in 1990. The business was initially located in Lake Oswego but moved to their current West Linn location in 2011. She expanded the services of the business in the mid-2000’s to include a real estate brokerage and maintenance company. Nori holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Masters of business administration. She is still very involved in the everyday management of the company’s property management, maintenance and real estate services.

Ashley Neubo is a seasoned professional with 9 years of Property Management experience and holds an Oregon Real Estate Broker license. Raised in the Portland Metro and Lake Oswego area, Ashley has deep roots in the community. Within Performance Properties, INC she manages property portfolios, oversees the onboarding of new business and properties, and leads Human Resources.

Celia has been with Performance Properties Inc. for the past 9 years. She has 13+ years of experience in customer service. She was born in Anaheim, CA but has lived in Oregon most of her life. She loves interacting with people and helping others. In her free time when she’s not working she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends as well as going to music festivals. Sonja Snedeker has 30 years of experience in Property Management Accounting. She has worked for companies who specialize in multi-family residential, large commercial complexes as well as single family home management. Sonja served three years of active military duty and then graduated from Mt. Hood Community College with an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in Accounting. Sonja is responsible for all aspects of accounting for Performance Properties, Inc.
Leigh Ralston
Portfolio Manager
Leigh Ralston was born in Chicago Ill. and relocated to Oregon after a vacation here convinced her that Oregon had what she had been missing in the Midwest. She has loved working in Property Management for over 25 years. She started as a Leasing Agent graduating to Site Manager Positions then as an Area Manager overseeing three states and 800 units. She loves trips to the coast, skiing, and spoiling her three grandchildren.
Leigh currently manages Portland Metro Region #3.
